I live 1500 miles away from my mother and I ordered her a plant through an online distributor that was highly rated. It arrive broken. I then ordered from Southern Veranda so they could be hand delivered. The plant is gorgeous and my mother was thrilled. No hassle, ordered online, was delivered next day.
