If you are looking for a guaranteed delivery time please call the shop to discuss timed delivery options. We cannot guarantee timed deliveries if listed in the note section.
All funeral orders will be delivered before the service begins and are an exception to the timed delivery option. (However if the funeral falls on a Tuesday after a holiday where we have been closed we cannot guarantee any morning deliveries.)

Southern Veranda knocked it out of the park! At the time of purchase, I made a note of a certain type of flower I'd love to have included in my Designer's Choice arrangement. Of course, they made it happen. My mom was THRILLED when the gorgeous flowers arrived at her door!

I ordered a Designers choice arrangement for my cousin after she had surgery. The arrangement was delivered the next day as stated. My cousin called to say the flowers were beautiful. My only suggestion would be to send a picture to the sender so they could also enjoy seeing the flowers. I would love to see what you created!

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
